Hi: I’m just getting back into welding again I saw the youtube video’s on your Welding Helmet’s I thought they would be great to checkout. Actually much better than anticipated!
I bought the grinding shield one of the best I’ve seen on the market. I am a very picky person so when I choose something it has to be really good & professionals like myself would use them a lot. Can’t afford the really nice Helmet’s like the Panoramaxx CLT or E684 and the Crystal-2.0 are the bomb. But someday I shall get there to be an awesome welder as I always dreamed of doing for almost 30yrs. This new job of welding is what I trained for and the equipment that you guys make is the best of the best from all the research I’ve been doing. Keep being great & innovative.

Will a 3M Rugged Comfort Quick Latch Half mask Respirator fit under the shield?
Optrel USA –
We have not tested these two products together so we cannot say for sure. If you are using low profile filters and telescope the clearmaxx away from your face you shouldn’t have any problems making this work.

Can the SwissAir PAPR be used in conjunction with this?
Optrel USA –
Yes, the Swiss Air is compatible with the standard clearmaxx visor.
