Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By entering the contest, you agree to the following terms as outlined below:

1. Eligibility: The contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. The Contestant (“You”) must be 18+ to win. One winner per contest unless otherwise stated. The winner will not be eligible to win another contest for six (6) months.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, You agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. 
3. How to enter:  Eligible individuals who enter a contest during the time frame specified on the marketing material (promotional email, Google form, etc.) will be automatically entered in the contest. 
4. Limit: One (1) entry per person. Optrel Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries, whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. 
5. Random Drawing/Odds. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 
6. Notification: The winner will be contacted and/or announced via email or on social media platforms. The winner will have fourteen (14) days to claim the prize or another winner may be drawn. If the prize is accepted, it is as-is, no alterations or modifications. 
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the contest or by winning, You grant optrel the right to publicize Your name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information in all manner and media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review.
8. Miscellaneous and Conditions of Participation: This Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. By entering the contest, You fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of optrel inc., which will be final and binding on all matters relating to the contest, and warrant that You are eligible to participate in this content. Optrel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules are not followed, and to change, alter, or amend these rules or to alter, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest, as necessary, in its sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of the contest or to comply with applicable law. 
9. Limit of liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless optrel inc., optrel AG and any subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failure of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. 
10. Personal Information: Information collected from You will be maintained by optrel and its representatives in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer privacy laws, rules and regulations.
