Where can I find the serial number

Tess Leconche

The serial number on the Liteflip is on the inside of the helmet on the lens in white writing (under where it says twilight). It should be 4 digits-7 digits XXXX – 000XXXX

Can you adjust the shade manually as well or is the shade adjustment fixed through the autopilot?

Optrel USA

The LiteFlip only operates in automatic mode. It does feature an individual shade adjustment that allows the user to adjust the shades +/- 2 shade levels. Once this one time adjustment is done it will not need to be adjusted again and you will always have the perfect shade level for you.
